| The 8 Steps
Step 1: Finding the Right Plastic Surgeon
 |
"Follow our simple 8 Steps to
Success approach"
- The ACPS Surgeons
|
At the Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery,
all of our surgeons are Board Certified members of the American
Board of Plastic Surgery, the only board recognized by the American
Board of Medical Specialties to certify plastic surgeons. Our
surgeons are specialists in many areas of plastic surgery and are
recognized for utilizing the most advanced techniques in plastic
surgery. The experienced staff of
professionals include physician anesthesiologists, registered nurses,
licensed vocational nurses, registered massage therapists, specially
trained patient coordinators and professional management.
Step 2: The Initial Consultation
 |
During your initial
consultation, you will be able to discuss your appearance goals
with a specially trained patient coordinator. The patient coordinator
may suggest that you have Computer Imaging, a
service of The Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery. Computer
Imaging is a valuable tool designed to guide you through the
educational process so that we are better able to understand
your goals and expectations. |
Step 3: Consultation with Your Plastic
Surgeon
 |
Meeting with your
plastic surgeon will involve an in-depth conversation regarding
your goals, expectations, needs and concerns. A comprehensive
exam will assist your surgeon in recommending the ideal surgical
and non-surgical options available to you. The exclusive ACPS
Facial Rejuvenation Program and the ACPS Total Body Contouring
Program are important programs for providing you ideal aesthetic
results. |
Step 4: Scheduling Your Surgery
 |
Prior to surgery
you will be given comprehensive Inform and Consent documents
regarding your pre-operative preparation, post-operative care
and medications prescribed by your plastic surgeon. An overnight
stay at a qualified facility may be recommended. |
Step 5: Providing Your Surgical Care
 |
At The Aesthetic
Center for Plastic Surgery, under the care of a board certified
plastic surgeon, a physician anesthesiologist and a staff of
skilled nurses, you will have your surgery in our certified
outpatient surgical facility. Our surgeons also have privileges
at the most recognized hospitals and outpatient surgical facilities
in the city. |
Step 6: Post-Operative Care
 |
Following surgery,
your surgeon and his staff will help supervise your recovery
with care and concern. If recommended by your surgeon, a nurse
will be assigned to visit you at your home as part of our exclusive
ACPS Home Care Program. In addition to home care visits, one
of our staff massage therapists may be recommended to help with
your recovery in our exclusive ACPS Massage Therapy Center. |
Step 7: Serving Your Needs
 |
In addition to
cosmetic surgery procedures, The Aesthetic Center for Plastic
Surgery provides a number of non-surgical approaches. For maintaining
healthier looking skin we recommend the full line of Bio-Medic®
skin care products. For addressing cellulite, we recommend the
LPG Endermologie® system. Our exclusive ACPS Massage Therapy
Center will improve your well-being and speed your recovery
from surgery. |
