This young man in his mid twenties wanted to regain and enhance his abdominal and chest contour.  After graduating from college and joining the full time work force he started to notice softness in his chest and thickness in his abdomen and flanks.  Dr. Mentz recommended the abdominal etching, pectoral etching, and moderate liposuction of the flanks procedures.  Notice the contour in the chest and the vertical line extending from the sternum to the belly button and the flatness of the lower abdomen.  The flanks have been completely removed.
